Brett Asphalt: commemorative pillar

The inscription on the concrete pillar is already fading in the sea air, but reads: "Brett Asphalt - 50 years in Whitstable Harbour - July 97". There is also a logo of CVH France. See TR1067 : Brett Asphalt plant for a view of the plant.
