Rochester: plaque on the Clock House

A closer view of the plaque above the door of TQ7468 : Rochester: the Clock House, explaining that it was built at the expense of Sir Cloudsley Shovel in 1706, and that he was MP for three parliaments straddling the reigns of King William III and Queen Ann (sic).
