The Inn of the Sixth Happiness plaque in Beddgelert

The plaque on the wall of a craft centre records that many scenes for Inn of the Sixth Happiness were filmed in this area in 1958. The film, starring Ingrid Bergman, told the story of Gladys Aylward who worked as a missionary in China. The plaque unveiled by Burt Kwouk in May 2004.
