York: toll removal plaque on Lendal Bridge

Looking along the start (travelling northeast) of the parapet of Lendal Bridge, past a metal plaque which states that the bridge was declared free from toll on the 7th day of August 1894. The names of Thomas Clayton, Lord Mayor; W.W. Hargrove, Sheriff; and several other officers follow.
